Webinar Description The world languages listening tour provides opportunities for world languages educators to discuss candidly NJSLS for world languages, professional learning, NJDOE programs, world languages certification, and other topics related to world languages education. Target audience: world language educators in southern New Jersey.

The following questions will serve as a jumping off point for our discussion:

What are the strengths and areas of growth for 2020 New Jersey Student Learning Standards ? World Languages?

What has been your most impactful professional learning? What made it impactful? What would you like to see for professional learning?

What has been the impact of NJDOE programs like the Seal of Biliteracy and/or Model Programs on your program, instruction or students? How could these programs be further leveraged to elevate multilingualism?

What has been your experience with getting certified as a world languages teacher in New Jersey?

What would you like to see for world languages education in NJ moving forward?
