New Jersey Deaf Student's Bill of Rights for Families- English

Webinar Description The New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE) Office of Special Education is offering a virtual presentation to explain the New Jersey Deaf Student's Bill of Rights to families. This session will also describe the components of the communication plan that is required in the Individualized Education Program (IEP) or 504 Plan of all students who are Deaf or hard of hearing. Additionally, the New Jersey Regional Deaf Education Centers of Excellence pilot programs will share how they might be able to assist with meeting some of the NJ Deaf Student's Bill of Rights requirements.

This session is in English. American Sign Language interpreters will be present.
