Effective Early Educators use reflective practices to provide a highly effective program. Participants will learn how the strategy of strategic teacher reflection will increase best practices in the classroom to meet the needs of students with disabilities in the preschool setting and improve access to equity for all students. Participants will leave the session with reflection tools to be utilized in their practice.
