Webinar Description Expanding Opportunities: Guide to High Quality Teaching, Learning, & Leadership in Early Childhood

School districts and educators participate in a series of professional development sessions designed to equip educational leaders in early childhood settings with tools to provide equitable access to high-quality early childhood environments that expose children to experiences and interactions that will keep them engaged in learning.

Plainfield School District will lead a session on how effective mixed delivery systems are formed and maintained to ensure high quality early care and education preschool programs. Child Care Center Directors take on the role as educational leaders to ensure academic success. How collaborative partnerships work best when all have a common goal of high quality preschool that benefits all the stakeholders. Other elements that are included in mixed delivery systems include, but are not limited to, a collaborative coaching model, Focus Learning Walks, Teachers Focus Groups and facilitation of teacher?s certification.

Participants must sign-up for TWO sessions. Link to go live will be sent to registrants prior to the start of the conference.
