Workshop Description

Objective: To improve post-secondary goals for students with mental health needs by incorporating positive transition assessments. Participants will learn how to utilize person-centered planning and transition assessments to help create meaningful post-secondary goals for students with mental health challenges.

Audience- Child Study Team members, special education teachers, and school counselors.
