Workshop Description

The New Jersey Department of Education in collaboration with Rutgers Business School will host a professional development event for all Supply Chain Management teachers. This session is designed to build skills in teaching the new Rutgers project-based learning curriculum in Supply Chain Management. Following the teachers summer training and having several weeks in the classroom, teachers training will be reinforced by discussions about student team selection, project pacing, classroom management, and subject matter knowledge. It will additionally provide a networking opportunity with others teaching the curriculum. Attending teachers will receive a professional development document from the Department of Education. They will also be briefed on the Supply Chain Management competition to be held in January 2020.
