Workshop Description

This is Coaching Through the Developmentally Appropriate Lens Part II training for new Master Teachers and PIRT who have not enrolled in or completed the Master Teacher or PIRT seminar. It is a follow-up designed for Preschool Education Expansion Aid (PEEA) district's whose expansion program began October 1, 2018 or January 2, 2019*. The PD is a follow-up and will provide additional information for both PIRT and Master Teacher coaches on building collaborative relationships and coaching teachers using reflective practice to improve instruction. Master Teachers and PIRT coaches will reflect on their practices in their role as a coach and gain a deeper understanding in using the reflective cycle. This PD will be held on March 15, 2019 at the Central LRC, 200 Riverview Dr., Trenton, NJ.
