Workshop Description

The Early Childhood Academy is a cross-district professional learning community for teams from school districts that are participating in the Professional Learning Series for the NJ First through Third Grade Guidelines. District teams in this professional learning community will receive abbreviated training in the K-3 Guidelines and identify key factors and district level plans to increase teaching and learning quality in K-3.

Districts must register a team of people including: the building principals for schools that have teachers attending the K-3 trainings, at least one central office administrator, and at least one K-3 teacher who is attending the K-3 trainings. District team members are expected to attend all three EC Academy sessions.

Signing up for the first day will automatically enroll the registrant in all three sessions.
