Day 3: Learning Activities (part 1)

Workshop Description Day 3 of "Improving the Preschool Classroom Environment for Young Children with Disabilities," a targeted training series for local education agencies (2016-2017). The New Jersey Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs, through the Learning Resource Center Network, is offering a targeted training series to administrators, supervisors and teachers who support classrooms serving preschool children with disabilities. The goal of this training is to improve the quality of the preschool classroom environments serving children with disabilities, as measured by the Early Childhood Environmental Scale-3 (ECERS-3).

Day 3 will include an overview of the Learning Activities section of the ECERS-3 and of best practices in early childhood education related to it.

This is for the December 15th date only. Each participant needs to register separately to ensure we have sufficient materials. Additionally, participants will need to register for each meeting date separately.
