Webinar Description

The Office of Standards has recently released the revised Strengthening Gifted and Talented Multilingual Learner Identification guidance document. This newly revised guidance document provides best practices to assist districts in identifying gifted multilingual learners. Although the document focuses on multilingual learners, many of the research-based practices discussed may apply to all learners who are identified as gifted and talented.


In this learning lounge session, participants will be given an overview of the guidance document and strategies for implementing the resources provided in the resource. This session is designed for identifying gifted students in kindergarten to grade 12.
