Workshop Description

This event is designed to provide more information about the 2025-26 ASP development process, and to provide in-person support as Comprehensive and Targeted schools in the southern region complete a high-quality, ready-for-approval Root Cause and SMART Goals sections of the ASP.

This workshop is recommended for principals, assistant principals, instructional coaches, lead educators, teacher leaders, or other school staff who serve as the ELA, Math, and Culture/Climate leads on their School Leadership Teams. Follow-up support at individual schools will be provided by the RST.

Note: This session is only for schools that are designated Comprehensive or Targeted in the southern region for the 2025-2026 school year. Teams should plan to bring their laptops and their own timely and relevant data to reflect upon during our time together. Please reach out with any questions.
