The "More Than Just A Month" series equips elementary and social studies educators with knowledge of underrepresented historical narratives. This professional development session explores the diverse experiences, cultural contributions, and significant historical events shaping Asian American and Pacific Islander communities in the United States. This workshop provides teachers with culturally responsive resources and strategies to effectively integrate AAPI narratives into their curriculum, fostering a more inclusive and nuanced understanding of American history.
