Date(s) & Time(s) October 28, 2024   ~  9:30 am - 11:00 am
Webinar Description New Jersey's Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act designates "Week of Respect" from October 7 through October 11 which coincides with October's National Bullying Prevention Month. In recognition of these national and state observances, the Office of Student Support Services is pleased to provide the Selecting Evidence-Based Bullying Prevention Interventions Based on School Climate Data webinar.

To place emphasis on the importance of HIB prevention and to elevate the impact of sustained, positive school climates, this webinar will provide information about the data points relevant to school climate improvement and strategies for selecting evidence-based HIB-prevention programs and interventions.

This webinar will define school climate; differentiate data points relevant to school climate (e.g., HIB data); share national and state resources that are available at no cost to school districts; and provide tools to assist schools with selecting data-informed, evidenced-based bullying prevention programs.

Presenter: Jill Kuppel

This webinar is for School and District Leaders (CSAs, Principals, ABCs, ABSs).
