Webinar Description You may have seen/heard about audiograms, been told diagnosis for the student's hearing loss, or observed different kinds of amplifications or assistive devices used in classrooms. So, what does all that mean? How does that understanding about them help you prepare for your work? Have the doubly-beneficial opportunity to be able to learn all about this and get your questions answered while watching how these concepts are presented through ASL.

The EIPA Diagnostic Center is excited to offer four video conference workshops for the 2024-2025 academic year. The workshops are designed for interpreters working in K-12 classroom settings, community interpreters with an interest in educational interpreting, future interpreters, K-12 interpreter mentors, deaf educators, and individuals supervising educational interpreters. The descriptions below may change slightly at the discretion of the presenter.
