Webinar Description

This session will highlight information from one of the New Jersey Partnership for Student Success (NJPSS) Initiative's latest resources. This resource provides information on the advantages of flexible scheduling, with the purpose of adding time for a learning acceleration block designed to meet students? needs. It also serves as a resource for local education agencies (LEAs) to reimagine the purpose of a flexible period for schools who currently have this time in place.

The session will take participants through the resource, answering questions about its implementation along the way. The session will also feature a panel of educators who have implemented flexible scheduling in their districts. They will provide attendees information on the process of building a flexible schedule, while also discussing their schedules and the benefits they have seen through their implementation.
