During this webinar, participants will:

- Define and highlight the importance of well-being and self-care.

- Understand how to utilize an MTSS framework to create systems-level self-care by establishing a school wellness team, conducting needs assessments, and linking self-care supports and strategies across the tiered continuum of supports.

- Assess their self-care and identify strategies to support their well-being.

- Learn from a spotlighted school district regarding their implementation of staff self-care within their school or school district.
