This virtual meeting is for district and charter school staff from Lighthouse School Districts in both the 2017 and 2019 cohort. It is the first of three sessions focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Participants will be able to leverage theories to confront bias in their school/district to ensure access to critical and enriching education opportunities. Participants will also be able to apply equity literacy as a framework for addressing inequities in their school/district.
