P.M. SESSION - NORTH - Annual School Plan Technical Assistance Workshops for CSI and TSI schools

Workshop Description

AFTERNOON SESSION - NORTHERN REGION
All New Jersey schools identified for Comprehensive Support or Targeted Support and Improvement are required to complete an Annual School Plan (ASP) in the ASP system. To assist those schools in planning for their 2020-2021 school year, the NJDOE will host regional drop-in sessions where schools can learn about updates to the ASP system, work on their plans and have questions answered by NJDOE staff.

The district?s school planning lead, and principal or leadership representative are encouraged to attend, as well as any other team members who may be responsible for creating the Annual School Plan.

Registrants should bring their laptops and be prepared to log in and work in the ASP system. Staff from the Comprehensive Support Network will be available to engage in dialogue about the use of the ASP system, answer questions about developing your school plan, and provide feedback on sections of the plan that have already been completed. While there will be a short overview of ASP system changes for 20-21 presented, these work sessions will primarily be hands-on and individualized support will be provided. Participants may drop in at any time throughout the morning or afternoon sessions.

No refreshments will be served.
