Workshop Description

This session will focus on preventive security measures for after school and large venue events. Attendees will learn safety and security considerations for events which may be human induced, weather induced or technologically induced. Topics will also include physical security enhancements, crowd management, sheltering and evacuation concerns, culture and climate impact, and staff training.

This training is appropriate for school leaders, school safety specialists, security personnel, directors of buildings and grounds, athletic directors, and planners of theater and musical productions, etc.
