Workshop Description

First Come First Serve Registration!


This Rowan University Coaching Seminar series of 6 sessions (4 in-person and 2 online) is designed for Preschool Master Teachers. The seminar will cover such topics as: reflective coaching, adult learners, culturally responsive coaching, and early childhood leadership. Participants will be supported in building Communities of Practice that can be sustained beyond the completion of the training.

Those who attend the training must have already completed the Master Teacher seminar. The dates for the in person trainings are: September 27th, October 4th and 11th and November 22nd. The online trainings will be scheduled based on the groups preference at the first meeting. All trainings will be at the NJDOE, 100 Riverview Plaza in Trenton from 9:30am to 3:00 pm

Due to space limitations, only those in identified Master Teacher positions as noted above will be permitted to enroll. (Exceptions will be made by request only, as space is available.) Staff registering for the seminar are expected to attend all six sessions with the intention of maintaining continuity within the group.

All classes will run from 9:30 am-3:00 pm on the dates noted below.
