The Role of the Preschool Master Teacher/Coach

Workshop Description The Division of Early Childhood Education will offer The Role of the Preschool Master Teacher training series in 2019-2020 for new Early Childhood Master Teachers/Instructional Coaches.

The seminar consists of nine training sessions, each scheduled from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM at William Paterson University, 1600 Valley Rd, Wayne, NJ 07470. Participants are expected to attend all sessions and complete all course requirements in order to be eligible for the Master Teacher Fellow.
Dates are as follows:

September 18, 2019
October 16, 2019
October 23, 2019
January 14, 2020
February 19, 2020
March 11, 2020
April 28, 2020
May 19, 2020

Seminar activities require participants to be serving in the preschool master teacher/coach position for the full 2019-2020 school year. The responsibilities of the Preschool Master Teacher/coach do not allow an individual to concurrently serve as a classroom teacher. For more information on the role of the Master Teacher, please see NJAC 6A:13A-4.2.
Only one registration is required, once you register you will be registered for all nine sessions.
