Quality Single Accountability Continuum (QSAC) Submission

Welcome to the NJQSAC submission portal for the 2023-24 school year. Districts must submit the District Performance Review (DPR) files electronically. The purpose of electronically submitting the NJQSAC DPR files and supporting documents is to make it easier to transmit these documents within a specified period of time and to allow Department staff access to the files for verification purposes. The Department strongly suggests that only one person, or district designee, be responsible for submitting the NJQSAC DPR files through DOE Folders.

Districts are required to submit the DPR files and supporting documentation by December 15, 2023. A PDF version of the DPR can be found on the Department's NJQSAC website at: New Jersey Quality Single Accountability Continuum (NJQSAC). The DPR Excel files for submission are accessible after the district signs in. You must submit all three applicable files and documentation at one time as listed below. Do not submit your files separately. The required files are:

  1. DPR Excel file which will be available after signing in
  2. PDF file of the signed Declaration page
  3. PDF file of the signed board resolution approving the DPR for submission

If your board of education meeting will be held after the December 15 submission deadline, you must email qsac@doe.nj.gov and provide the date of the board meeting when the DPR will be approved. Following the board meeting, you must submit all required documents. Please do not submit the documents in separate transmissions; all documents need to be submitted at the same time.

Questions about DPR completion/submission should be addressed to qsac@doe.nj.gov.
