AchieveNJ Data Cards
Welcome to the AchieveNJ Data Card Portal.
The AchieveNJ Data Cards include the past four years of district-certified evaluation data and may be used by authorized school district personnel to:
- Examine trends in evaluation information in one comprehensive document
- Promote conversations regarding evaluation efficacy in relation to student achievement
- Encourage actions to improve evaluation accuracy and usefulness
Log in to view your district’s data card. You may save it to your computer or print a copy.
School districts are responsible for maintaining accurate staff evaluation records. We have made every effort to ensure the information in these cards accurately reflects local data shared with the NJDOE. Data are provided to the Office of Professional Learning by school districts through multiple Evaluation Information System (EIS) submissions. If the data do not accurately reflect local records, please strive to improve further data submissions to resolve any discrepancies. The improved data will be reflected in future editions of the AchieveNJ Data Card.
For information on how to interpret the data cards, please read the AchieveNJ Data Card Guidebook upon log in.
For questions, please contact the Office of Professional Learning at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling (609) 376-3974.
Districts without an account for this application must contact their district's Homeroom Administrator to establish an account.
